HMI’s Service Capability Growing to Meet Demand With the benefits of ITS technology growing, our service team is growing too. We now have nine engineers and technicians across three offices, in Auckland, Christchurch and Melbourne. Our larger team means we have the capacity to respond faster when maintaining vital networks as well as flexibility to manage large and small installation projects. Maintaining the trust of government and transport authorities for over ten years, we are now Australasia’s largest commercial support team dedicated to upgrades, servicing, and repairing of Intelligent Transport Systems. We are actively talking to our customers to ensure we deliver to and exceed their expectations, and received some very positive feedback recently. As part of our mission to ensure effective response times we have developed our own remote management systems to communicate with hardware whether it is in dense urban areas or remote environments like New Zealand’s Southern Alps.Remote management systems mean our team can be responding to faults within 15 minutes, often well before our customers.
