The display boards can be placed in any area of your factory and automated to update simultaneously from real time data or however best suits your particular situation. Information such as production rates can be sourced from a remote source or via loggers, sensors/counters and real time computer databases. HMI has developed these boards to interface via all of the most common production rate measurement techniques.

From our experience we have found that when workers have feedback of real production figures in regards to what they are achieving, they are motivated to achieve production targets and sometimes surpass them. The Production Rate boards, or performance boards, tend to encourage shifts to compete with their workmates on different shifts. This creates a bond between personnel within the shift and improves overall productivity
